  • Conduct a domain name search for your company website

  • Incorporate your business with Companies House

  • Register the companies Directors, Shareholders and Registered Office

  • Complete your VAT Registration

  • Provide a SAGE accounts package

  • Set up an efficient accounts and filing system



Please note some of the above will incur an additional cost that will be recharged to the company with no additional mark up from their base cost. Otherwise, our standard hourly rate will be applied as normal.
